1. Basic License

Both the Free License and Paid License may be used for the following:

  • Instagram Reels
  • TikTok videos
  • Facebook video posts
  • Video posts on X (formerly Twitter)
  • Threads video posts
  • Other general video content published on social media platforms

The copyright and other rights to the Music are not transferred to the user.

Instead, users are granted a non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the Music within the scope of these Terms.

There are no geographical restrictions on use.

2. Types of Licenses

Under the Free License, the Music may be used under the following conditions:

  • May be used in monetized YouTube videos
  • May be used in regular social media video posts and short-form videos
  • May be used by both individuals and businesses
  • MP3 files may be used
  • Volume adjustment, fade-in, fade-out, and trimming or adjusting the length of the Music are permitted as necessary for video editing
  • Credit attribution is required

When using the Free License, please include the credit in a visible location such as the video description, post caption, or description section of the platform being used.

PAID LICENSE

Prices:

  • 1 Track: JPY 100 (tax included)
  • 10-Track Pack: JPY 780 (tax included)

Under the Paid License, the Music may be used under the following conditions:

  • May be used in YouTube and social media video content
  • May be used in monetized YouTube videos
  • May be used in regular social media video posts and short-form videos
  • May be used by both individuals and businesses
  • No credit attribution is required
  • All tracks included in a purchased 10-Track Pack may be used
  • MP3 and WAV files may be used
  • Volume adjustment, fade-in, fade-out, and trimming or adjusting the length of the Music are permitted as necessary for video editing

Once a track or Pack has been purchased, no additional fee is required for each individual video.

However, the license may not be sold, transferred, rented, or sublicensed to any third party other than the purchaser.

3. Permitted Video Content

The Music may be used as background music in video content such as:

  • Vlogs
  • Slow Living / mindful lifestyle videos
  • Morning Routine videos
  • Night Routine videos
  • Cooking and baking videos
  • Café and coffee videos
  • Interior and home décor videos
  • Cleaning and housekeeping videos
  • Travel videos
  • Lifestyle videos
  • Product introduction videos
  • How-to videos
  • Educational videos
  • Official corporate YouTube and social media videos
  • YouTube Shorts
  • Instagram Reels
  • TikTok videos
  • Narrated informational videos
  • Everyday life videos

The Music may also be used in other general video content where the Music is used as a supporting element of the visual content.

4. Prohibited Uses

The following uses are prohibited under both the Free License and Paid License.

4-1. Redistribution or Resale of the Music Files

You may not distribute, sell, or transfer the Music files themselves, including MP3, WAV, or any other audio file format, to any third party.

4-2. Redistribution or Resale as BGM Materials

You may not distribute or sell the Music as “free BGM,” “music materials,” “background music materials,” or similar downloadable assets on other websites, online stores, applications, or services.

4-3. Content Primarily Intended for Listening to the Music

You may not publish the Music by itself or use the Music as the main content of a video or post.

4-4. Registration with Content ID or Similar Systems

You may not register the Music, or any edited version of the Music, with YouTube Content ID or any other copyright management or audio identification system.

4-5. Distribution through Music Streaming Services

You may not register or distribute the Music, or any edited version of the Music, as your own music through services such as Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, YouTube Music, or other music distribution platforms.

4-6. Misrepresentation of Authorship

You may not claim that you composed, created, or produced the Music yourself.

4-7. Resale or Transfer of the License

You may not sell, rent, transfer, or sublicense a purchased license to any third party.

4-8. Inappropriate Use

Use of the Music may be prohibited in content involving illegal activity, criminal acts, discrimination, defamation, promotion of violence, antisocial content, or other content deemed seriously inappropriate according to generally accepted social standards.

5. Uses Not Included in This License

This license is intended for the use of the Music as background music in video content published on YouTube and social media platforms.

The following uses are not included in this license:

  • Television commercials
  • Web advertisements
  • Digital advertisements
  • Films
  • Games
  • Applications
  • In-store background music
  • Background music in facilities
  • Events
  • Exhibitions
  • Radio
  • Television broadcasts
  • Podcasts
  • DVDs, Blu-rays, and other products sold commercially
  • Distribution through music streaming services
  • Other uses where the primary purpose is not background music for video content

If you would like to use the Music for any of the purposes listed above, please contact us separately.

6. Use in Client Projects

If you are producing a YouTube or social media video for a third-party client, please use a Paid License.

Video content created under a Paid License may be delivered to a client.

However, the MP3 or WAV files themselves may not be transferred, distributed, or provided to the client for reuse.

The Free License is generally intended for use in video content published through accounts operated by the user or the user’s organization.

7. Editing the Music

Users may make the following edits to the Music only for the purpose of using it as background music in YouTube or social media video content:

  • Volume adjustment
  • Fade-in
  • Fade-out
  • Partial trimming
  • Adjusting the length to match the video
  • Mixing with narration, sound effects, or ambient sounds

However, the Music may not be substantially altered and then sold, distributed, registered, or published as a separate musical work.

8. License Period

As long as these Terms are not violated, there is no expiration date for the use of Music that has been properly downloaded or purchased.

Even if distribution or sale of a track is discontinued on this website, video content that was properly created and published in accordance with these Terms before discontinuation may generally remain published.

9. Rights

All copyrights and other rights related to the Music belong to the website operator or the lawful rights holder.

Downloading or purchasing the Music does not transfer the copyright or any other ownership rights in the Music to the user.

10. Copyright Claims and Content ID

Users may not register the Music with YouTube Content ID or any other copyright management system solely because they have used the Music in their content.

If an incorrect copyright claim is made by a third party, please contact us through the website’s Contact page.

We will review the matter and provide assistance where reasonably possible.

11. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of digital content, refunds or returns are generally not available after the download or delivery of the purchased files has begun.

However, individual assistance may be provided in the following cases:

  • The purchased files cannot be downloaded properly
  • Duplicate payment occurred due to a technical issue on this website
  • Files different from the purchased product were provided

12. Changes to Services and Pricing

The website operator may change the prices of the Music, license terms, distribution methods, product contents, or other aspects of the service.

However, changes that would significantly disadvantage users who have already properly purchased a Paid License will generally not be applied retroactively.

13. Disclaimer

Except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by the website operator, the operator shall not be liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the Music, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

The operator does not guarantee any outcomes related to changes in specifications, terms of service, monetization reviews, advertising eligibility, account suspension, copyright management systems, or other policies of third-party services including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, or other platforms.

14. Changes to These Terms

The website operator may modify these Terms as necessary due to changes in laws, services, or other circumstances.

The revised Terms will become effective when they are posted on this website or otherwise appropriately announced.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, any dispute arising in connection with this service or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Japanese court having jurisdiction over the location of the website operator as the court of first instance.
